Information you provide
When you complete the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, and message you submit. We ask that you do not include sensitive or confidential information in that message.
When you submit the form, a copy of your message is written to a private log file on our web server before it is emailed to us. This is a safeguard so that an enquiry is never lost if email delivery fails. That record includes what you submitted along with the date, time, and the IP address the submission came from. The log is not accessible from the public internet.
We also record the address of the page you were viewing immediately before you reached the contact page — for example, a particular blog post, or a search engine. This tells us which of our pages are useful, and nothing more. It is captured only at the moment you choose to contact us, it is not stored in a cookie, and we do not track your activity across this site or any other. If your browser does not supply it, the enquiry is unaffected.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and content-delivery providers may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This data is used to keep the site secure and functioning correctly.

Contact form submissions are processed on our own server and sent to our own mailbox — no third-party form service receives them.
These providers process information only as needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
5. Cookies and Analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics. Our content delivery and security provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to distinguish genuine visitors from automated traffic; these are used only to keep the site available and are not used to profile you. If analytics are added in the future, this section will be updated to identify the tool used and how to opt out. Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry records — both the emailed message and the server log copy described in section 2 — are kept only as long as needed to respond, to maintain a record of our business relationship, or to satisfy legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
